LATE REGISTRATION is possible until July 15^th, 2025. The abstracts with no registered author will not be included in the Book of Abstracts.

EARLY REGISTRATION was open until 2^nd of June

Conferences registration

The registration fee for 10^th CESPC covers conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the symposium, the welcome party on Monday, September 1^st, the symposium dinner on Thursday, September 4^th, and the conference excursion on Wednesday, September 3^rd.

The registration fee for 21^st CPPA covers conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, the conference dinner on Thursday, September 4^th, and the conference excursion on Wednesday, September 3^rd.

*Students should provide evidence for their University affiliation during the registration process.
** The registration fee for the accompanying persons includes coffee breaks, lunches, as well as the welcome party, gala dinner and the conference excursion.

The registration fee should be paid by bank transfer using the following coordinates:

In case of cancellation, participants will be reimbursed as follows:

• 100%, if the cancellation is announced before June 15^th;
• 50%, if the cancellation is announced before July 15^th;
• No refund will be possible after August 1^st.
