Information for presenting authors
- Invited Lectures (30 min): 25 min presentation + 5 min discussion
- Oral Presentations (15 min): 12 min presentation + 3 min discussion
- The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION EXTENDED
In response to numerous requests received from our community for an extension, we have decided prolong the abstract submission period by an additional two weeks, namely until March 31, 2025.

Please prepare your abstract following the template provided for CESPC 2025 in pdf and MS word format, and respectively for CPPA 2025 in pdf and MS word format .
The abstract is strictly limited to 1 page.
Each participant can submit up to 3 abstracts as presenting author at any of 10th CESPC or 21st CPPA ; however, only one of these abstracts can be considered for an oral presentation. In case of several oral requests from the same author, the first submitted abstract will be evaluated for oral presentation.
