10th CESPC REGISTRATION |
The registration to 10thCESPC is possible until July 15th, 2025. The abstracts with no registered author will not be included in the Book of Abstract.
The registration fees cover conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the symposium, the welcome party on Monday, September 1st, the symposium dinner on Thursday, September 4th, and the conference excursion on Wednesday, September 3rd. Forms for online registration will be available on the website starting April 1st.

*Students should provide evidence for their University affiliation during the registration process.
** The registration fee for the accompanying persons includes coffee breaks, lunches, as well as the welcome party, gala dinner and the conference excursion.

The full name of the registered participant should be mentioned on the bank transfer order.
In case of cancellation, participants will be reimbursed as follows:
- 100%, if the cancellation is announced before June 15th;
- 50%, if the cancellation is announced before July 15th;
- No refund will be possible after August 1st.
